The response to this campaign through our website at http://www.takeafruitbreak.com has been incredible. We have received donations of bill-boards, radio PSAs, and TV PSAs on local stations in LA. With help from individuals within the film, animation and advertising industries, we have developed a plan for several series' of "Take A Fruit Break" commercials.We are also expecting this to reach across the globe. As of now we are receiving strong support and interest in the UK. It seems that we have touched a spot in peoples hearts and we are even seeing people offering their time and services or endorsements to help in any way that they can!

The Tzolkin Corporation ( http://www.tzo.com ) is donating both funds and web site hosting services to the campaign and will receive a 10 second credit at the end of a series of a series of "Fruit Break" commercials saying "This Fruit Break was brought to you by TZO.com". The commercials will air on MTV and CNN, thus targeting both young people and their parents and reaching the audience for both TZO and the Fruit Break Campaign. TZO is a leading dynamic DNS service that helps businesses manage a web server from their own computer with a minimum of expense, time and learning curves by over-riding the need for a static IP address. TZO was recently a recipient of PC Magazine's prestigious i3 award, along with other companies such as Sun Microsystems, Nokia, and IBM.
Other financial contributors to the campaign include over 200 individuals who have contributed a small amount of funds online. In exchange for these donations we offer a peaceful instrumental music CD produced by Ekaya Institute.

More About the TAFB Spots:
The Ekaya Institute will be able to produce a huge volume of spots with our own state of the art digital video studio, a significant pool of student talent to draw from plus a large number of professionals interested in contributing their talents to our TAFB commercials, including several celebrities. There will be several series of commercials, each more creative than the last, which will in itself generate a buzz of whats coming next?. We have several series in various stages of planning and production. Outlined below is an overview of three series concepts. Please have a look at the DVD for a sneak preview.
Series One: These "Take A Fruit Break" spots will be people on the street eating fruit, each face for one second only, with a hip-hop sound track. One or two of the faces will be celebrities. One or two will be celebrity-look-alikes. We will have about 50 of these commercials in rotation, so that people will always be looking for the celebrities amongst all the other fascinating-looking people. Everybody loves to people-watch and to spot celebrities! Each of the spots in the series will also have a sub-theme such as featuring all kids, all one ethnic group, all beautiful people, all bizarre looking people, etc...
