Having trouble kicking the junk food habit? Its kicking your butt isn't it. That's because the junk is addictive. What do junk food, alcohol, drugs, coffee, chocolate and heated foods have in common? They all contain toxins! Toxins are highly addictive.

Sometimes you have a taste for something salty and oily. There is nothing wrong with this craving. It is something that you need. It is just the way that we choose to fulfill it that leads to excessive weight gain. Chips are loaded with Trans Fatty Acids. Trans Fatty Acids are bad in that they form a wall around each cell which makes it impossible for nutrition to pass through the cell wall and for waste material to pass out!!! This is an accumulative process that leads to chronic fatigue as well as clogged arteries and clogged everything else too.
The veggies can be of your choosing. Beets, raw sweet potatoes, or jicama sliced really thin to imitate a chip, sticks of celery, carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, or any other vegetable will also work.
To make the dip mix up in a bowl two tablespoons of raw tahini, the juice of one lemon, a 1/4 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt, a cap full of Olive Oil, a few chopped olives, a clove of garlic chopped finely, and a few tomatoes chopped up.
The other dip you will use is made from avocados in place of the tahini. If you want the dip to have a sweet flavor then you can add a teaspoon of raw organic honey.
Don't you buy no dip at the store either! All those dips are poisonous. You get these ingredients above, organic and unheated, and get off your butt and make your own dip now! Or it is not going to do any good.
This is a very satisfying way to eat in-between meals. Or even to eat as a meal itself.
