This is Sergeant Boo-Yow and today we going to the wall of pain. You gotta go to the wall of pain every day. And what happens is that wall starts to move back further and further and you my friend get stronger. So today we are going to do what is known as a modified push up. Do it on your hands and knees. You touch your nose to the ground. And then you push up until your arms are straight. And I want you to do the maximum amount of these that you can until you feel the pain. And I want you to keep count because two days from now, whatever number you did we gonna increase that by 2. You rest every other day because you are building muscle, biceps, triceps, chest. It helps you with your breathing, its easy on your back, it builds muscle that burns fat, it helps you with your posture. And if you do it til you can't do it no more, it equals the effects of doing pushups the hard way.
Now let me tell you something. If you do this modified pushup for maximum effect every other day for one month it wont put a giant in your washing machine, it wont put a tiger in your tank, but it WILL put you in the driver's seat.
