Tip: If you are in an exercise rut and can't seem to get into a routine or regular exercise habit, you might need to jump-start your exercise juices. Here's how: Steal a day to do nothing but exercise! Go on an all-day hike. Or do all kinds of exercises around the house: dance, play with your kids, clean vigorously, do yard work. The idea is to keep going all day long. You'll have to "steal" this time because nobody is going to give it to you!
